Returns & Refund Policy

· For all our orders, we provide a 7-days return policy. To return a product, you simply have to raise a request by filling out the return request form and within the next 24 hours Alive team will reach out to you for further procedure.
· In case a product is sent to the customer in perfect condition but the customer doesn’t want the product anymore, they can simply place a courier at our address. Given that the product reaches us in perfect conditions without being, used, damaged, or broken, we process the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned package.
*Customer may please note, that in case the product gets damaged during the returning process, the refund shall not be processed from our end.

· If the customer receives a package that is broken, tampered with, or has any manufacturing defect, he/she is requested to fill out the return request form through our website. We will further replace the current order within three working days. Customers must also make sure to send the images and video of unboxing the defective product.
· Unless there is a manufacturing defect, a customized product or products purchased during a sale shall not be returned or refunded.
· The customer may only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once, it gets processed, the cancellation may not take place. Upon cancellation within the said time, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of approval.
· A refund initiated for the products may take 7-15 working days to be transferred to the customer’s bank account. The customer can also avail of coupon codes as a mode of refund.
