The Customer is required to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Anybody who browses, accesses, or uses www.aliveskincare.in website on a Mobile phone or a PC is hereby believed to have accepted all our terms and conditions.

The Alive skincare website may only be used by and/ or transactions conducted on the website by those who are allowed to do so under the India Contract Act, 1872. Anybody who is underage and wishes to use the website should do so in the presence of a guardian to avoid any misconduct. To make any sort of transaction or use the website on behalf of a company, partnership firm, or a sole proprietorship, one shall be eligible to abide by the necessary corporate actions.

Also, the company holds all the rights to update its terms & condition time and again with/ without any prior notice thus, the customer is advised to read the terms & conditions. The updated T&Cs take effect as soon as they are posted on this website. You agree to be governed by these T&Cs in their current form by accessing or using the website after any such modifications have been made. The T&C posted on the website at the time you use, access, or place your order will be the version that applies to your order.

The user may only use the website for authorized purposes they may also ensure to follow all the rules and regulations that apply on how to use the website.  
We hold all the rights to block a user or disable their account if we hold them accountable for violating the terms of services of our website. 

 

Terms and Conditions for Products.

ALIVE HEALTH AND BEAUTY sells a few products that are made for trial purposes only. We may also send a few products as a freebie with our giant products however unless you are an authorized salesperson yourself, you are not allowed to sell or resell the products that we send from our website. In case of any misconduct of this T&C, your order quantity may be reduced or your order may get canceled.   

The company reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the availability of any product on the website at any time with or without any prior notice.
Although we make all possible efforts to provide you with the most precise details about our products, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available on the website are accurate and/or complete to an extent implied by the applicable law. Also, the website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and however, we take the credibility of the products we do not promise to compensate for any errors to an extent implied by the applicable law. 

 

Request For The Customer:

When you are accessing the website, placing an order, or sending any information, you are communicating with the company electronically, and you agree to receive communications regularly. We may use your contact details to send you e-mails, SMS, phone call, etc. If you do not agree to this term you can unsubscribe from the website at any time after making the purchase.
You may also deny to provide us with the necessary information however, this may restrict you from availing yourself of services such as ordering products from your website.

Proprietary Rights: The Company is the sole licensee of all the brand names owned by the company. The products of the company are protected by proprietary rights and trade secrets owned by the company. The Company also owns all the trademarks and the layouts of this website, and nobody is allowed to copy, reproduce, modify or duplicate any of the company’s manufactured property.

Taxes: On purchase of any product from the website, you shall be held responsible to pay all the taxes and charges added to the product. The charges such as GST and delivery charges shall also be charged by the customer.

Your Account: You may only access one user account and are solely responsible to keep your account, password, and computer security. By creating an account on our website, you also accept responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account. 

You acknowledge that the information you provide in any form is not confidential and does not harm any third party in any case. Each account created on the website is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or shared with a third person/ party.  

If you are accessing, the Website on behalf of a third person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If the person refuses to be bound by the T&C as the principal, you agree to accept liability for any harm caused by any wrongful use of the Website. 

In case you doubt that your account has been breached or the security of your Account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the ‘Contact Information listed below. If we discover or suspect a breach in the security of your Account, we may require you to temporarily or permanently delete your account from our website. However, you will not be stopped from creating a new account in any such case.

We may at any time refuse to provide services to any account if we find that it is in the company’s best interests to do so. We also do not hold any liability for a case where the user violates any of our terms & conditions.

Content: The Website provides information and marketing materials in addition to the Products. The information and content published on the Website are not always created by the Company; rather, the information and content are frequently gathered from other sources. The Company does not endorse any such information or content, and expressly disclaims any liability arising from it. The Company is not responsible or liable for the information or content, or any damage or loss caused by your access to or reliance on such information or content. To the extent that the Company creates the content on this Website, it is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

The Company is not liable for any damages incurred as a result of anyone’s use of the Website. You will not illegally use the Website. You will also-

Payments for Products sold on the Website can be made in the following ways:
Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, Wallets, UPI, QR, PayPal, and reward points can all be used to make payments. Cash on delivery is accepted.

Price and availability:
Prices and availability of Products offers, and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without notice and at the Company’s sole discretion. Prices displayed on the Website include goods and services tax (“GST”) but do not include delivery charges. All orders under INR 399 (Indian Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) will incur a delivery charge of INR 40 (Indian Rupees Forty only). All orders over INR 399 (Indian Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) will be delivered free of charge. Prices and offers may differ from those displayed on the Website in offline stores and online on websites and portals other than the Website.

Delivery:
Orders containing multiple Products may be delivered in multiple shipments. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. The estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be available on the order details page once the order is placed. Because the estimated delivery times are only estimates, there may be some unforeseeable delays that are beyond our control. If the Company is unable to deliver the Product by the estimated delivery date for any reason, you will be notified via email of the reason for the delay. You will have the option of canceling the ordered Product or waiting for it to be delivered.
