WHY SHOULD I PREFER ALIVE SKINCARE OVER SO MANY OTHER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET?
We not only think about our customer but also about mother-nature. And we strive to work in all possible ways to meet the needs of both, your skin requirements and Mother Nature’s requirements. Thus, the hair care products and the beauty products that we make are made keeping in mind, our approach. We as a brand have conquered all your needs and specific to that have made our products which is not only useful for you and fulfilling towards your needs but also without any toxin that may protect you from any harm in the long run. Our products are free from all those chemicals that are banned in other countries but, are used by most of the leading beauty product brands of the country. We may recommend a patch test because sometimes natural ingredients would also react in an allergy but moreover, you are S-A-F-E.

WHAT TOXINS DO, AND WHY SHOULD I AVOID THEM?
Toxins are chemicals used in cosmetics and other grooming products for different motives. Used in distinct forms as fragrances, dyes, and preservatives beauty & cosmetic products may cause harm to the body if interacted with on daily basis and would further cause problems in the long run. Many known chemicals like parabens and formaldehyde which are widely used in these products have been proven to be a cause of skin problems like eczema and skin aging.

HAVE YOU TESTED YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
No, we do not support animal testing. However, we have tested our all products clinically and also on humans with a patch test to ensure no product causes any kind of allergy.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE TOXINS I CAN SPOT ON THE LABEL OF THE PRODUCTS BY ALIVE SINCARE?
We create our beauty products in a very nature –friendly way, most of our beauty products & skincare products are even vegan. Hence, there are very low chances that you will find any harmful toxin in our beauty products however a few toxins that are added as preservative may include:
PEG(Poly Ethylene Glycols)

• Talc (may contain asbestos)
• Fragrances (can contain phthalates)
• Triclosan
• Mineral oils
• Sulfates
• Sodium Laureth Sulphate/SLES.

DO YOU USE PRESERVATIVES?
Yes, we use preservatives because it is a necessity for skincare and cleaning products for the most possible shelf life.Without preservatives the even the best skincare products may get contaminated and other harmful bacteria may breed. However, we try to not use harmful preservatives like parabens, phenoxyethanol, etc. instead, we use safe preservatives that cause no harm to the human body.

CAN ANYONE USE YOUR SKIN AND HAIR CARE PRODUCTS?
Yes, these are safe products and can be used by anyone as it have absolutely no toxins in them. It is enriched with natural and essential oils with a pinch of goodness and care. It can be used by people of any age group with no worries.

ARE THE SHAMPOO AND BODY WASH PARABEN-FREE?
Absolutely, our products are not only paraben free but are also free from other well known and used chemicals. We do not use dyes and fragrances that are harmful in any manner. Our products are safe for a baby as well so they are not made harsh in any kind and with that, you will have one less thing to worry about.

ARE THE PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY, NON-TOXIC,DYE AND FRAGRANCE-FREE?
Yes, ofcourse our products are safe in all manner. We do not use anything in our products that is even close to ‘unsafe’ or ‘harmful’. We are confined towards using natural ingredients and essential oil somehow, they may react or cause an allergy because sometimes natural ingredients can trigger too. As everyone has a different skin and body type. So, we always recommend to first use the product on your wrist to check the visible reactions.

IS ALIVE SKINCARE CERTIFIED BY DOCTORS OR ANY CERTIFYING AGENCY?
Yes, Alive skincare is certified by certain dermatologists and cosmetic scientists. We have also tested our products in labs and these are completely safe to be used by anyone. So, keep all your worries aside. 

YOU ARE A NEW BRAND. HOW AND WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU?
Yes, we are a new brand but, you can trust us because we are extremely conscious about what goes in our formula. We are very strict towards no use of harmful chemicals. Nature inspired ingredients are used with the essence of essential oils. When it comes to the environment, we do not compromise be it the packaging or our no animal testing. Our products are especially true at work. We acknowledge all the problems and tried to solve it as a brand keeping our environment in mind. We are truthful towards our promises.
